Returns

All returns are dealt with in an urgent manner to provide full customer satisfaction. We ask for your patience in our efforts to resolve the problem.

Any goods returned to us must be in original packing, undamaged and unused, with all accessories. Should you wish to cancel your order, then you must first inform us in writing and return the goods within seven days of receipt of the goods at your own cost. All returned goods need to be insured as Imix Sound does not accept responsibility for goods not received or damaged in transit.

Please be aware that the product images on our website are here to offer a fair guideline of the colour and finish of the products. Imix Sound cannot accept returns on colour match differences. Please contact us should there be a specific colour requirement prior to dispatch.

Imix Sound reserves the right to refuse a full refund on goods returned should they not be returned complete as supplied, in original packaging and with proof of purchase. NO USED GOODS WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED.

If an item is ordered and paid for but delivery is refused or the item is not collected, and the customer decides they no longer want the item, we will issue a refund. However, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the merchant transaction fees. These fees are as follows:

– EFT Payments: 2%

– Debit Card Payments: 2.5%

– Credit Card Payments: 3%

– Other Payment Methods: 5%
